Start your daily work at your own pace. No fixed starting time. Calix supports our employees to work in a hybrid model (Work in the Office or Work From Home). We believe that taking time off is essential to good health and productivity. Our employees enjoy 15 to 20 days’ vacation every year to refresh and recharge.
Calix offers a comprehensive insurance package to our employees and their family members. For employees, there are: Critical Illness, Supplementary Medical, Accidental/Illness Disability or Death insurances. For family members, we offer Supplementary Medical Insurance for employees’ children, Medical and Critical Illness for spouse and parents.
