At Calix, internships are more than a job—we prepare you for your career. Our internships run for approximately 90 days, allowing students to begin once their spring semester concludes and work up until they return to school in the fall. We believe that this timeframe allows students to become core members of our team, network across the organization, and make important connections.

How you’ll spend your time
Prior to signing your offer letter, you will know the project(s) that you will be responsible for. You’ll join your team as an integral member and attend team meetings. You’ll experience mentorship from your leader and other team members, and you’ll be guided through your projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and with value.
