Michael McCourt
Michael McCourt is a SmartMDU Application Sales Manager at Calix, where he works with broadband service providers across the East Coast, Canada, major and international accounts to help them compete and win in the multifamily space.
Prior to Calix, Michael spent 15 years at a large U.S. broadband operator in roles spanning customer service, technical support, training, sales, and leadership across residential, multifamily, and business services. He led a multifamily direct sales organization and contributed to the launch of a new channel focused on multifamily property engagement, support, and marketing.
Throughout his career, Michael has spent extensive time working in multifamily environments, including onsite property visits, hands on deployment support and industry events. He frequently represents Calix at leading national conferences including RETCON, OPTECH, and the Broadband Communities Summit and dedicates much of his time to meeting BSPs, owners/operators, and on-site multifamily teams across the country.
