Parul Kapoor is the chief talent and culture officer at Calix, leading global HR initiatives that support more than 1,900 employees worldwide. With over 20 years of experience, she drives high-performance team development, fosters a thriving remote work culture, and leads strategic HR programs that fuel business growth.
Before joining Calix, Parul was vice president of human resources at Cadence Design Systems, where she led HR for global R&D, IT, marketing, and business development. Her career includes navigating international M&A, and scaling teams in dynamic environments.
Parul earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from the University of Delhi, and MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in Pune, India.
