Jonathan Lindsell is the chief customer officer at Calix, where he leads the company’s award-winning customer success organization. His leadership ensures Calix will remain at the forefront of the evolving AI landscape, empowering broadband service providers to simplify operations, innovate faster, and grow their businesses. He is a seasoned expert in developing and implementing customer success strategies.

Jonathan has had an international career spanning more than 25 years. Prior to joining Calix, he held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, most recently as a senior vice president in their communications, media, and technology professional services organization. Earlier in his Salesforce tenure, he led a global team of customer success experts supporting strategic accounts. Prior to Salesforce, he held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.  

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Swansea University in the United Kingdom.
