Ed Koloditzky is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Calix, where he leads enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity, and global operations transformation. Since joining Calix in 2022, Ed has driven modernization initiatives, strengthened security posture, and championed AI adoption through frameworks like the Calix AI Management System. With over 30 years in technology—including leadership roles at Microsoft and major financial institutions—Ed combines deep expertise in cloud, data governance, and IT architecture with a passion for people-first innovation.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and a CISO certification from Carnegie Mellon University.
