This class presents an architectural overview of the E5-110 and E5-111 and addresses
the operational procedures needed to deploy the E5-100 product family in your
network. During this class, you'll provision an E5-111, from start to finish, to provide
data, video, and voice services to subscribers. You'll see data, video, and voice over
IP (VOIP) functioning as a result of your provisioning steps. You'll learn shortcuts and
time-saving techniques, as well as key troubleshooting procedures.

and/or technicians involved in the provisioning of data and video services using the Calix E5-110.
