Tish Rutledge, Vice President, Talent and Culture
As vice president, talent and culture, Tish is responsible for all aspects of the company's global human resources strategy. An industry veteran, she has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management. Before joining Calix, Tish was director of human resources for The Learning Company. Prior to that, she was director of human resources at Mindscape (acquired by The Learning Company). Tish has also held roles in human resources at Tosoh Medics, Nichirei, and DiGiorgio Corporation. Tish has a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and certifications in Global Human Resources and Senior Human Resources.
